Use these seeds for your acupressure work either individually or under the guidance of an ITA practitioner.

Simply apply to the acupressure point, and leave for one hour. Use 2-3 times per week or as directed.

ITA acupressure seeds are made from small patches of adhesive fabric tape, each patch holding a single seed from the vaccaria plant. Vaccaria seeds are natural organic matter, especially helpful in cases where people are sensitive to metals.

Each pack contains 120 individual acupressure seeds.
